So, I am always patrolling the internet for new workouts. Today I thought I would look for one that used a resistance band because I personally only do 4 different moves with it. Boring! I came across this workout on Pinterest with photo demonstrations by Jennifer Johnson from cosmobody.com There are exercises for upper and lower body so you can split the workout.
Complete 8-10 reps of each exercise on each side.
The great thing about these exercises is anyone can do them no matter their fitness level, just adjust the reps and do what your body can handle at the moment. Have an awesome day and live well!
