During the 30 day squat and arm challenge I noticed a real difference in my strength. I honestly didn't think I would get to 100 squats let alone 250! It was good I took measurements because while toning it seemed like I wasn't losing any weight, but fat was just being replaced by muscle. I have some pretty thick thighs and arms so my changes were subtle, but I can see the definition starting to take shape.
Tomorrow will be the end of my 30 days, but since I post on Mondays I went ahead and did my measurements.
What I lost:
arm - 0.5"
butt - 1.0"
Some things to think about:
I am definitely thinking about doing a meal prep for the week to help me stay on track better. If/when I decide to do another challenge, I will keep up with my daily workouts in addition to the challenges. I mistakenly stopped my regular workout so my challenge results would be true. Bu,t looking back that's a whole month lost I could have worked towards better results.
This coming month more workouts are going up, more recipes, and more encouragement. I hope you all continue to join me on the road to a healthier lifestyle!
