This week I'm working on legs 3 days out of the week (with 30mins of cardio), and will be walking 3 miles the other alternating days. Sunday is a rest day for me. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout your day. I'll expand on water intake on a later date.

-15 Sid Lunges (ea. leg)
-15 Lateral Leg Lifts (ea. leg)
-15 Modified Burpees
-15 Toe Raises
-15 Quick Knees
-15 Plie' Squats
