1 head of cauliflower
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
-Clean you cauliflower and chop off the florets.
-Run the flores in the food processor until it looks like snow
-In a microwavable safe dish, place your cauliflower in the microwave on high for 4 minutes.
* I like to cover my bowl with glad wrap so it locks in the steam and cooks through more.
-Once cooked, place the cauliflower in the cheese cloth and squeeze all of the liquid out (you wan it as dry as possible)
-Once all the moisture is removed, add your cheese, egg and seasoning to taste to the bowl and combine well.
-Press out your dough on parchment paper/pan (not too thick or thin)
-Cook in the oven on 450 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
-Take the crust out and add topping, then put back in the oven until your cheese is melted and ingredients cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
